Things to consider before our initial consultation:
- Do you have a current survey of your property?
- What style are you trying to achieve with your new design?
- What are your personal pros & cons with your property?
- Do you have a green thumb or need low maintenance plantings?
- What is your budget for the project?
- What Colours do you want to see in the installation?
- Are there any plant materials you specifically do not want used on your project?
The Design Process:
One of our company’s representatives will meet with you at your home for an initial consultation. There we will get an idea of your expectations for the project, lifestyle, objectives, design ideas and budget for the project.
If you would like to move forward and proceed into the design phase, we will provide you with a written summary to ensure we are all on the same page and no details have been missed. Our representative will then collect a deposit on the design.
We may at this point need to send another representative around to verify measurements and actual grades on your property.
An initial concept plan will be presented to you within a few days for you to review. Revisions can be done at this phase. Once the design is edited to your satisfaction a final plan will be created for you.
Now that you have the final rendition, we will provide you with a detailed quote for the landscape construction on your project. The completed drawings will be presented to you along with the construction quote and the balance on the design will be collected.

If you choose our firm to complete the construction installation phase of your project we will credit your final payment on the construction contract 100% of the investment you made on your initial landscape design.
